An exciting opportunity for a new Head Coach:

 

We are looking for someone to be our Head Coach and run our swimming programme. It’s more than just a coaching position – it’s a leadership role with a competitive remuneration package that provides a career opportunity for the right person.
We want a person who:
• Is energetic
• Is passionate about swimming and getting the best outcome for athletes
• Has strong managerial skills with the ability to lead and support other coaches
• Works effectively with parents and an active volunteer base
• Is innovative and motivational
The key purpose of this role is to lead and develop an innovative and engaging club programme that caters for swimmers of all abilities, from post-learn to swim, and fitness swimming, to national and international competition.
